As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our operations team. We have global offices including Los Angeles, London, Taipei, Seoul, and Tokyo.

**Position Overview**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Channel Development**: Identify, develop, and manage new and existing digital game channels to maximize reach and engagement. Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to drive channel growth.
- **Platform Management**: Oversee the daily operations of our digital game platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- **Internet Experience**: Leverage extensive knowledge of internet trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance platform capabilities and competitiveness. Stay updated with the latest developments in the digital space.
- **Social Media Management**: Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **SEO Optimization**: Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and track performance metrics.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute high-quality, relevant content that aligns with business goals and resonates with the target audience.
- **Data Analysis**: Utilize analytical tools to measure platform performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- **Customer Engagement**: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on digital platforms promptly and professionally. Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through effective engagement strategies.
- **Project Management**: Lead and coordinate platform-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in operations management, marketing, branding, or a related field.
- Proven experience in platform operations, channel development, and social media management. Experience in the gaming

industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in coordinating gaming-related events, launches, or marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with the gaming development lifecycle and the ability to coordinate operations in line with project timelines.
- Ability to integrate SEO principles into gaming marketing efforts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
