We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Platform Operations Specialist to join our team and help us grow our digital presence. As an Platform Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day operational activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing operational processes across various departments, supporting our global operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. Additionally, the ideal candidates should possess expertise in marketing, SEO, and will help support research and reporting to bring external insights of branding strategy. You have an insatiable curiosity about news and get excited about organization and project management. You collaborate with ease across teams and can connect dots.
 
 Roles and Responsibilities
 

  • Channel Development: Identify, develop, and manage new and existing digital game channels to maximize reach and engagement. Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to drive channel growth.
  • Platform Management: Oversee the daily operations of our digital game platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Internet Experience: Leverage extensive knowledge of internet trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance platform capabilities and competitiveness. Stay updated with the latest developments in the digital space.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and track performance metrics.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute high-quality, relevant content that aligns with business goals and resonates with the target audience.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to measure platform performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on digital platforms promptly and professionally. Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through effective engagement strategies.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate platform-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
 Qualifications: ·       Bachelor's degree in operations management, marketing, branding, or a related field.·       Proven experience in  platform operations, channel development, and social media management. Experience in the gaming  
        industry is highly desirable. ·       Demonstrated success in coordinating gaming-related events, launches, or marketing campaigns.·       Familiarity with the gaming development lifecycle and the ability to coordinate operations in line with project timelines.·       Ability to integrate SEO principles into gaming marketing efforts.·       Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Innovative mindset to contribute ideas that enhance operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness. 

Bilingual ability in Chinese and English is required;
