**DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES**: Supporting role for tracking and managing data from the opportunity to deal close process along with social media and marketing products, services, posts, helping to push our company recognition, audience and branding to the next level.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
- Experience with CRM software **required (HubSpot)**:

- Proficient with **PowerPoint required**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook/Word/Excel/Teams
- Wordpress experience helpful
- Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written, with the ability to interact with all types of customers, both internal and external
- High energy level to handle dynamic, evolving, and fast-paced workload
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and prioritization of tasks to meet deadlines
- Analytical with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with the **Sales/Estimating/Marketing +2 year (required)**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business or related field
- Must be punctual, dependable and be able to take initiative and be proactive
- Creative and outside-the-box thinker
- Embrace change in processes as the company continues to grow

**Working Conditions**:Position is primarily office based, but the ability to be on ones feet and make site visits to gather marketing photos, attending trade shows and other events will occasionally be required.
