Duties/Responsibilities:

- Manages the day-to-day activities of the hub, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively.
- Supervises Installation and plays a part in overseeing aspects of the Sales and Marketing department, as well.
- Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
- Plans, monitors, and forecasts budgets and cost of sales to achieve financial objectives.
- Leads coordination and integration of efforts within the business to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.

Qualifications/Skills:

- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred, but not required.
- 5-10 years of director-level job experience required.
- Experience in construction/home improvement management is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business, finance, and operations.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional managerial and organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.
