About the Role:
The Technology Support Analyst I is an integral part of Latham’s Technology team and will be responsible for providing support to the office by resolving complex desktop, notebook, and remote computing issues, as well as the installation and maintenance of Firm PC and notebook computer hardware and software, while setting up and providing support to desktops, notebook systems, hardware, and customer-related services, as well as providing support to printers, Multi-Functional Devices ("MFD"s), and Personal Digital Assistants ("PDAs") including configuring and troubleshooting. This role will be located in our New York office. Please note that this role requires a full-time in-office presence, and a schedule of 9 AM - 5 PM.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Other key responsibilities include:

- Performing regular maintenance on PC equipment such as desktop and notebook computers, printers, monitors, and peripheral hardware; also scanning computers for viruses
- Keeping abreast of new technologies, and reviewing appropriate Technology media sites
- Working with Blackberry Enterprise Server, Blackberry UEM & Work to support our mobile platform; assessing situations quickly and providing solutions for remote access issues

We’d love to hear from you if you:

- Display knowledge and proficiency in a wide variety of software programs, including Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook), iManage, iManage Work 10, and Litera ChangePro
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of standard hardware components and peripherals
- Possess well-developed and professional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm

And have:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of technology support experience
- Experience in installations and upgrades, training, and technical documentation
