**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Client Success Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- _**Client Support**:_Backup the client support team for prompt resolution of inquiries and orders.
- _**Onboarding Specialist**:_Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and engage with the client to ensure they are set-up for success with our product and know how to use our platform
- _**Growth Tasks**:_Assist in executing growth strategies for accounts to maximize their potential.
- _**Account Management**:_Proactively check in with accounts regularly, build strong relationships and promptly address any concerns.
- _**House Account Management**:_Maintain high satisfaction and resolve issues for key accounts.
- _**Sales Development**:_Act as the primary sales representative for small accounts and strive to grow the accounts to Tier 1 thresholds. If the account grows to Tier 1, you will retain ownership and earn commissions on the expanded accounts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, preferred
- Proven experience in client support, account management, or a related role (3+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional client value
- Possess exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to approach challenges with a clear, rational perspective
- Possess a keen sense of logic and a strong analytical mindset

Pay: $55,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
