**Job Title**: Office Administrator

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team and work at 2 locations
- Dockers in East Quogue and Mill Pond House in Centerport. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing office operations, coordinating administrative activities, and ensuring smooth communication within the office environment.

**Duties**:

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures
- Handle incoming calls and other communications
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Assist in onboarding new employees
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office

**Experience**:

- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with supervising and leading a team is a plus
- Knowledge of medical office management is advantageous
- Familiarity with phone systems and office management tools
- Experience in event planning is a bonus
- Clerical skills are highly desirable

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
