**Position Summary**

The Recruitment and Development Manager will oversee the recruitment and succession planning function for The Hollywood Roosevelt.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Partner with hiring managers and other appropriate managers to anticipate and plan for staffing needs in advance of required start date.
- Make recommendations regarding recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors who advertise and promote targeted jobs.
- Research, analyze, and prepare recruiting statistics/measurements.
- Schedule and attend job fairs.
- Develop and facilitate the hotel’s New Hire Orientation Program.
- Drive hotel performance review process, promoting development and growth of employees.
- Enter new hire data into the hotel’s HRIS system and administer new hire paperwork.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Human Resources.

**Education and Work Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business or human resources.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the administration of human resources programs, specifically relating to recruitment.
- Hotel experience preferred.
