About the Role
  1. Develop and implement minor capital works projects safely, efficiently, and in accordance with budget, quality, and program expectations.
  2. Apply best practice principles to project management, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and legislation.
  3. Respond to and follow up on stakeholder queries, requests for maintenance, and status of approved works in a timely manner.
  4. Conduct school site visits to scope school needs and external party requirements.
  5. As needed, work on-site to ensure the Principal is supported in managing property projects.
  6. Provide accurate reporting to meet deadlines pertaining to facilities work and longer-term projects.
About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline, with demonstrated professional experience in facilities management.

• NSW WorkCover White Card

• WWCC

• Current NSW driver's licence

• Ability to travel and use your own car, with a car allowance included in your package.
