Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.

- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.


2. Onboarding and Orientation:

- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.

- Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork, including employment agreements, benefits enrollment forms, and other necessary documentation.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during the onboarding process.

- Provide new employees with an overview of company culture, values, and resources.

- Serve as the point of contact for new hires during their initial employment period, addressing any questions or concerns.


3. Benefit Administration:

- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.

- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and claims resolution.

- Coordinate with benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit-related transactions.

- Conduct benefits orientations and provide ongoing support to employees regarding their benefits options.

- Stay current on healthcare benefits trends and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize offerings.


4. Healthcare Background Utilization:

- Leverage healthcare industry knowledge to effectively recruit and onboard candidates with specialized skills and experience.

- Understand and apply healthcare-specific regulations and standards in recruitment and onboarding processes.

- Provide insights and recommendations for improving HR practices within a healthcare context.


5. Administrative Support:

- Maintain accurate records of recruitment, onboarding, and benefits activities.

- Prepare reports and presentations related to recruitment and benefits administration as needed.

- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a preference for experience in healthcare recruitment.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare benefits administration and related regulations.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or a similar credential is a plus.


Preferred Skills:

- Experience with healthcare-specific recruitment platforms and networks.

- Familiarity with electronic benefits administration systems.
