As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient materials handling, and optimizing inventory levels. Your expertise in data analysis and visualization will be crucial in identifying trends and making informed decisions to improve inventory management processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Utilize data analysis skills to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize errors and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for inventory optimization
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure proper storage, organization, and labeling of inventory
- Conduct regular cycle counts to validate physical inventory against system records
- Assist in the implementation of an MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system for effective inventory management

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices
- QuickBooks Experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
