**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience 2 years working in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and interact with online communities.
- Creative thinking and design skills, with experience in graphic design, photo editing, and video production.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in social media analytics tools to track and measure performance metrics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for social media and digital marketing, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies.
- Interest in the beauty industry is a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
