Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager/STEM Coordinator to oversee daily operations of our center and employees. The ideal candidate will have a proven work history with children ages 7 and up, enthusiasm for working with kids, and knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the center and employees, ensuring a fun and safe learning environment for our students.
  • Follow up with leads, schedule tours, and enroll new students, working closely with parents to define children's learning needs.
  • Work with our software to maintain communication with clients and engage with children and families in the center.
  • Ensure parents understand how their child is learning and progressing, upholding corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness and operational standards.
  • Open and close the center as needed, willing to learn from and communicate with our hands-on owners.
Qualifications
  • Proven work history with children ages 7 and up, and enthusiasm for working with kids.
  • Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership.
  • Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, and office equipment.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a passion for STEM education.
