- Assist management in organizing, implementing, and coordinating the daily operations of an in-home healthcare company. Examine the company's policies and procedures, and recommend changes to improve the quality of its services. Confer with management to assess the company's organizational needs and hire qualified personnel as necessary. Provide appropriate training to personnel, conduct staff evaluations, and document results for management's review. Manage a database of patient histories, lab results, x-rays, and other clinical data, and ensure that such information is accurate, retrievable, and secure. Assist management in planning budgets and maintaining records of patients' fees and billings. Monitor the use of equipment and other resources, apprise management of the need for additional supplies, and recommend changes for more efficient and cost effective resource use. Communicate regularly with staff members in order to remain up to date on the status of patients, programs, and other services. Relay said information to management. Act as liaison between the governing body and staff as necessary. Act as designee in the administrator's absence. Conduct research on current healthcare laws and regulations and ensure that the company remains in compliance with them, and stay abreast of financing options, data processing technology, and health insurance changes.

**Requirements**:
The position requires a Master's degree in Health Administration, Health Management, or Health Information Management. It requires the ability to use basic computer processes and programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 40 hours/week.
