Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Within a team environment, ECE Curriculum Administrator will perform the following responsibilities:
Develop & Facilitate Trainings 60%

Compliance, Reporting, and Training Evaluation 40%

Minimum Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Human Development or related field.
- Experience: Three years’ experience in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Human Development or related field. Three years’ experience leading trainings, presentations, facilitation or group meetings to adult audiences.
- Technical Requirements - List specifics:

- Intermediate proficiency level using MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and virtual, online platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot and find a solution when dealing with basic technical issues during in-person and virtual trainings
- Professional/Technical Certifications: Hold or the ability to obtain or qualify for certification as a trainer/facilitator in the following curriculum:

- National Alliance: “Strengthening Families”, “Be Strong Parent Cafes”, “Zero to Three: Growing Brain”, “ACT: Raising Safe Kids” and additional curriculums, as needed.
- Work Schedule: This position is full time; will regularly work a non-traditional schedule (i.e., weeknights and weekends).
- Work environment: This position’s work environment will consist of remote work.
- Background & Health Clearance Requirements: R&R
- Criminal Records (e.g. Live Scan Fingerprinting), Child Abuse Index Check, Sexual Offender Registry, Health and Tuberculosis (TB) test clearances required.

Preferred

All minimum requirements above met, plus:

- Education: Master’s degree in Child Development, Human Development or related field.
- Experience: Five years’ experience in Early Childhood Education or related field. Five years’ experience in leadership, customer service, leading trainings, partnership/collaboration building in the community and background in instructional design.
- Bilingual preferred. Ability to converse, write and/or translate, train in English and Spanish
