We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business. This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities: Event planning. We are looking to create food and plant related at the nursery, restaurants, and other venues for public and media production. We look to present plants, tree, fruit trees the characteristics, history, and uses in the landscape, kitchen, restaurants, and in peoples lives. The nursery's and principles life are closely related, so a hybrid personal assistance / executive assistance roles are required. Communication with vendors and creatives is required.
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences
- Perform data entry and clerical tasks as needed
- Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned
- Assist with personal tasks for the employer as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software is a plus
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
