This is a full-time, hybrid role with company benefits based in Marina del Rey, CA.

**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for Dr. Squatch's product portfolio.
- Lead a team of 2 marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, web, brand, and growth, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts, and to define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Track and measure the performance of product marketing initiatives, and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
- Manage a comprehensive marketing calendar, ensuring effective collaboration with all cross-functional teams
- Develop the framework for omnichannel go-to-market campaigns aimed at expanding the reach of our products and categories across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels.

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on integrated marketing strategy and execution.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive alignment around product marketing strategy and execution.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional organizational skills: Demonstrates a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain structured workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
- Experience in the consumer goods industry, particularly within personal care, is a plus.
- Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries
- Someone who gets things done without perfect resources is innovative and works with a sense of urgency
- Someone who has high standards takes ownership and is invested in the outcome
- Someone who proactively helps others stays positive and has a good sense of humor
