**We are recruiting for a full time (40 hours per week) Human Resource Associate to join our skilled Human Resources team in both Marlton and Voorhees, New Jersey. This is a split position between Weisman Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital and Voorhees Pediatric Facility. This position is in-person and requires 5 days a week in office.**

The Human Resources Associate (HR Associate) provides support as the first point of contact in functional and administrative areas of the human resources department, supporting the Human Resources Manager in the following areas:

- Contributes to ongoing recruiting efforts as needed
- Continually works with department to streamline the hiring process
- Conducts all new-hire orientations for both facilities
- Manages the onboarding process of all new hires
- Assist with Employee and/or Labor Relations
- Assist with Benefits Administration
- Organizational Development Projects
- Training, Learning and Employee Development
- Improve Internal Policies, Procedures, and Workflow Efficiency
- Maintains complete confidentiality of all HR-related information
- Work collaboratively with the HR team to support in various areas and assist with projects
- Collaborate with other departments to support onboarding efforts

**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources field preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within HR and employment law
- Self-starter with independent problem-solving skills
- Skilled and confident working independently or as a team depending on task
- Demonstrates excellent skills in attention to detail, organization, interpersonal relationships, communication and time management
- Proficient with Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Organizational skills
