Job Overview:
We are seeking a **Supervisory Management and Program Analyst** to join our team.

**Duties**:

- Provides authoritative programmatic expertise, technical direction, policy analysis, and planning oversight for programs that cut across HHS program boundaries and interrelate with programs with the Department and among other Federal agencies.
- Provides guidance and assistance on ASPR’s federal advisory committee program.
- Supports national health security policy analysis activities on a continuous and frequent basis.
- Provides administrative and technical supervision necessary for accomplishing the work of the office.

Qualifications:
**Specialized Experience**:
**GS-15**: You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the **GS-14 **level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing **three (3)** of the four 4) duties listed below:

- Managing a national health security program to support public health emergency preparedness.
- Serving on a public health emergency preparedness or national health security advisory committee.
- Providing technical direction in policy analysis related to public health emergency preparedness.
- Coordinating with internal and external partners to align program and policy doctrine with national health security goals.

Pay: $163,964.00 - $191,900.00 per year
