**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Administering day-to-day operations of the service department, managing a team of technicians.
- Providing expert answers to technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.
- Achieving sales and profitability goals & objectives.
- Prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Requirements**:

- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, high level of motivation.
- At least 2 years of Automotive Retail Service Manager experience required.
- Toyota or Lexus experience is a plus.
- Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience is a plus.
- ASE Certification (C1) - preferred but not required.
- High volume service department experience.
- A proven track record in CSI and professional work ethic is a must.
- Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results.
- Valid in-state driver’s license with good driving record.
- Willingness to submit to and successfully complete Motor Vehicle Record Check, Background Check, and Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
