Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
  • Follow up with customers on services requested, estimated completion times, and other important details
  • Oversee complete vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations, building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts
  • Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers, promoting shop service specials
  • Lead, manage, and train a team of technicians, ensuring they are in tune with our company's vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed
  • Supervise up to ten employees and oversee technicians' inspections, diagnosing, and repairing of domestic, European, and Asian cars and light trucks
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
