In this position, you will sell HOA, Multi-family and commercial painting and carpentry to building owners and HOA's in the ORANGE COUNTY area. **Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of CONSTRUCTION, HOA or COMMERCIAL sales experience

**Responsibilities**
- Present, promote and sell our services to existing and prospective clients.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships.
- Reach out to clients leads through cold calling and office visits / drop ins.
- Provide quotes to clients in a timely manner.
- Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the sales process.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports in our CRM.
- Supply management with reports on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
**Skills**
- Proven work experience as an outside sales representative.
- Experience with B2B sales related to the Property Management / Real Estate Professionals field as well as general knowledge of construction processes is a plus.
- MS Office Proficiency, familiarity of lead generation in LinkedIn and other platforms. Ability to type.
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Pay: $92,500.00 - $120,000.00 per year
