YOUR ROLE


As our Outside Sales Representative, you must have sales experience, a strong work ethic, and live within the territory. This is a commission-based independent contractor position within an established sales territory. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sale to current and new brand appropriate retail partners.
  • Identify new target accounts that are appropriate for the brand and gives the company incremental sales opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows as necessary to execute sales plan. Make appointments with current and new accounts in territory at national and regional trade shows.
  • Develop stretch yet obtainable budget for territory in coordination with management team.
  • Work closely with marketing department on various trade initiatives with accounts.
  • Give feedback to product team on specific customer needs and product trends in territory.
  • Build and cultivate long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential retail partners.
  • Provide strong support to retailers: product training, merchandising, clinics, etc.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in apparel outside sales
  • Action Sports and/or Country Club Sports, experience, preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and NuOrder
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Deadline and results driven with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills and ability to develop relationships.
