As a Medical Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointments
- Assist with patient intake, including collecting and updating patient information
- Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Medical background with a strong understanding of medical terminology
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working in a medical office setting (required)
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
