Entry Level Account manager. Outside Sales

Are you confident, creative, assertive individual? Do you want to grow big in sales? If you have a few years of sales experience and realize that this is the path you want to take, look no further We will train you and help you to develop your territory.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Go through detailed and extensive training, including learning production, processes, and customer service.
- Start developing your territory under guidance of our sales team.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships
- Communicate with prospective customers to gain an understanding of the potential opportunity;
- Gather necessary information related to service and product requirements to be shared with internal stake-holders.
- Develop a working knowledge of internal systems and procedures to support the delivery of goods and services.
- Investigate and resolve or supports the resolution of customer problems.
- Attend trade shows as necessary.
- Travel 40-50% and possibly relocate to the newly developed territory.

**What will help you to succeed**:

- Most valued traits include - determination, persistence, teamwork, superb communication, flexibility, loyalty, honesty.
- 1 to 5 years work experience in sales preferred.
- Account Manager must have the ability to negotiate with customers in order to win sales opportunities and resolve challenges.
- Build and maintain company position to support long-term relationships with each customer.
- Identify and close new and organic business opportunities.
