**Duties/Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities as Operations Manager include but are not limited to:

- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Communicate customer issues with the team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including
- resolving problems and complaints
- Plan inventory and oversee operational efficiency
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Work with other departments to ensure company procedures are being followed
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization

**Required Skills and Abilities**:

- Proven track record of leadership ability
- Solid understanding of operation management and organizational effectiveness
- Manage multiple priorities and shift demands as needed
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to work well with all levels of management and staff
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong conflict resolution skills

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or other related field required
- Minimum of 5-8 years of related experience required
- Experience with managing complex and multiple projects
- Experience with ISO 9001 required

**Physical Requirements**:

- Required to sit, stand, walk and move around the warehouse
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in conditions where the noise can be loud, temperature can change depending on the outside weather
