**What You'll Do
- Support the creation of comprehensive marketing plans and execute strategic programs to drive revenue growth for our enterprise healthcare and large account segments.
- Collaborate with various teams internally and externally to support strategic goals and execute programs.
- Acquire an in-depth knowledge of our target audiences and industry.
- Plan and execute varying levels of event programs to increase brand exposure and generate quality leads.
- Craft distinct messaging and positioning to distinguish us in the marketplace.
- Create content pieces and campaigns to support the healthcare and large account sales teams.
- Maintain and optimize our digital footprint across multiple channels.
- Manage budgets effectively; forecasting, tracking and optimizing spend.
- Track and manage program KPIs to ensure program effectiveness.
- Create reports and presentations to showcase program ROI and effectiveness.
- Participate in strategy meetings with marketing team and boundary partners to discuss and plan marketing strategies and execution. Take on additional responsibilities as required.

**Who You Are**

**Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline and 2 or more years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a face-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to effectively work with teams internally and externally of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple people and timelines to ensure program success.
- Excellent organizational skills and process orientated mindset.
- Creative, innovative and positive attitude and approach to working.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Some travel may be required.

**Preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with social media, digital marketing, and event marketing. Experience in telecommunications or technology industry.

USD 58,400.00 - 87,600.00 per year

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
