Location: Remote with occasional office presence required

Role Overview

As a vital member of the US Marketing Operations Team (MOPS), under the direction of the HOKA Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives, including events, footwear, apparel, and promotional items. Your collaboration with essential stakeholders and cross-functional teams will be crucial in executing marketing strategies across multiple consumer and customer interactions. The Marketing Operations Associate will assist in MOPS and Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, including asset management, sample distribution, event planning, and daily administrative support for the Marketing Operations Manager.

Your Contributions
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the lifecycle of footwear and apparel/accessories for MOPS/GTM, including seasonal forecasting, ordering, and distribution.
  • Assisting the MOPS team in the planning and execution of brand events and trade shows.
  • Supporting budget management and invoice processing for MOPS.
  • Maintaining the US event calendar and ensuring in-season updates.
  • Contributing to GTM marketing projects and programs led by MOPS.

  • Strong strategic prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to exercise sound judgment and initiative.
  • A self-driven approach with a desire to enhance efficiencies and best practices.

Preferred Background
We would be particularly interested in candidates with:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Experience in event planning, marketing, and execution.
  • An interest in running, fitness, or outdoor industries.
  • Experience in footwear and/or retail environments is a plus.
