Marketing Account Manager

**LifeSpring Home Care of Tampa,** a Medicare certified and CHAP accredited Home Health agency, is seeking an experienced **home health marketing professional** to fill the position of **Community Liaison Manager** to establish and maintain relationships with referral sources in the healthcare community. Primary responsibility is to promote and grow our Medicare home health business throughout **Tampa** and **Hillsborough County**. The ideal applicant must be professional and a natural communicator who is at ease educating and giving presentations to healthcare professionals and community audiences. Additionally, the ideal applicant must have experience in the home health market with established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network and produce results.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Generate home health referrals and admissions by building on-going relationships with physicians, hospitals, long term care, independent and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare facilities.

Conduct presentations and in-services to professional staff and community groups.

Establish and maintain customer relationships, while providing the highest quality customer service.

Develop strategic sales strategy, plans, and targets; meet or exceed established admission targets.

Conduct calls on new and existing referral sources, track results and evaluate effectiveness of the marketing activity. Provide activity reports to management.

Participate in health fairs, awareness days, etc. and attend area networking groups.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**At least two years recent home health marketing experience.** An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.

Proven ability to develop and implement a marketing plan.

Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.

Excellent planning, organizing, and oral presentation skills.

Compensation is dependent on experience and is compromised of a base salary with an uncapped bonus structure. Because of the strategic importance of the position, it reports directly to **LifeSpring’s** president.
