**SUMMARY**:
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Manages, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the department; makes employment-related decisions as necessary, including hiring and terminations
- Troubleshoots issues to ensure uninterrupted system availability and functionality
- Develops and maintains programming standards and documentation requirements
- Manages projects of various scope, schedule, and budget; ensures appropriate planning to ensure mínimal system downtime
- Analyzes usage and database functionality to ensure system optimization and data integrity
- Maintains, supports, and administers product and process configuration in MESA through the Change Control Notification (CCN) process
- Adheres to all safety policies and procedures as required
- Performs other duties of a similar nature or level*

Job Requirements:
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS and/or equivalent relevant experience
- Two years of experience working as a supervisor or manager or in a program manager role
- Strong experience using MESA, FabTime, Paycom, Oracle, or similar programs ERP systems
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications

- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of employees and management

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
The Enterprise Application Manager works primarily in an office environment from Monday thru Friday. The schedule may be altered from time-to-time to meet business or operational needs; may travel from building-to-building, stands and walks; performs various fine grasping movements, bends, and twists; operates a computer and enters information using a keyboard, operates a telephone, and other office equipment. May occasionally be required to push, pull, or lift up to 20 pounds.
