We are seeking an experienced Associate Sales Account Manager to join our team in the Silicon Valley Area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for calling on Tier 1 customers in the Cloud and Enterprise Market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Renesas technology footprint in the Cloud and Enterprise Market.
  • Collaborate with Global Account Managers and Field Application Engineers to win designs and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Align with internal Business Units to plan future product roadmaps and ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and budgets, and ensure accurate tracking of sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of experience in the high-tech industry or semiconductor industry.
  • Knowledge of Cloud computing, datacenter, and server motherboard applications is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High integrity and ability to establish trust with stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality, not afraid to ask questions and take initiative.
