**Responsibilities**:
Administrative Management:

- Oversee daily administrative operations, including scheduling, patient payments/benefits, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate appointments and manage the scheduling system to optimize therapist availability and patient flow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.

Patient and Family Support:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and scheduling requests promptly and professionally.
- Educate patients and families on administrative procedures, insurance coverage, and payment options.

Staff Support and Coordination:

- Support therapists and other staff members with administrative needs, such as scheduling assistance and document preparation.
- Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, and training sessions as directed by management.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting effective communication and teamwork.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and insurance requirements.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to ensure the center operates in accordance with established guidelines.

Office Maintenance and Organization:

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office and reception area.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs as needed, liaising with external vendors and service providers.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff members.
- Knowledge of healthcare billing and insurance processes is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in patient care.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivelent. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field is preferred.
