**Qualifications**
- 10 years of experience in progressively responsible positions leading and managing undergraduate admissions at a large institution (required)
- Detailed knowledge of University-level undergraduate admission and enrollment management strategies, promising practices in the field, and state and national admissions issues and trends. (required)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage an admissions office of a large educational institution with a highly diverse student population and staff. (required)
- Ability to see the "big picture," recognize new possibilities, challenge established policies and practices, and solve complex problems, often without precedent. (required)
- Ability to lead and implement organizational strategic planning. (required)

**Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations**
