Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with warranty terms, and providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process warranty claims and ensure accurate documentation
- Communicate with customers regarding warranty coverage and claim status
- Coordinate with service technicians to facilitate repairs covered under warranty
- Maintain warranty records and documentation
- Assist in resolving any warranty-related issues or disputes

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in warranty administration or a related field preferred
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
