Specific Responsibilities Would Include:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an E-commerce and Customer Service Representative. This role entails managing online sales platforms, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely shipment and delivery.
- Maintain a deep understanding of products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize the e-commerce platform, streamline processes, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify trends or areas for improvement, reporting findings to management as needed.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, updating product listings, and ensuring accurate product information online.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, privacy, and security.
- Stay updated on industry trends, e-commerce best practices, and customer service techniques to enhance job performance.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, retail or online sales, familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and knowledge of digital marketing principles are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, Excel, CRM software, and Microsoft excel.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in order processing and data entry.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Prior experience in retail or online sales, familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and knowledge of digital marketing principles are advantageous.
