**$1,000 Sign on Bonus**

**Base pay starting at $18.94- $22.59/hour, additional compensation for higher education/experience in the field.**

**Paid Orientation Training**

**Hybrid position. After in-office training, you can work remotely/in the field an would be expected to come to the office 1-2 days/week.**

As a Case Manager you will supervise a caseload of foster homes and provide variety of services to support them. Average caseload is 8-10 homes. You will also serve as liaison between the proctor parents, school, biological parents and other collateral agencies as appropriate. Home visits and on-call rotation are also part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications:
**For consideration, you must have**:

- Valid Drivers License
- 21 years of age or older
- BA or BS in Human Services related field **required**:

- Bi-lingual English/Spanish **required**:

- At least two (2) years of related experience with children and families _preferred_
- You must be able to attend a** New Hire Orientation M-W in Rutland, 8am - 4pm**:

- ** Must be a licensed social worker (LSWA or higher) OR able to successfully obtain licensure within 6 months of hire**:

- After orientation the schedule would remain **Monday - Friday**, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, on-call weekend rotation every 8-10 weeks
