About the Role:

The Clinician will be responsible for delivering group therapy, group psychoeducation, case management, individual clinical support, and family therapy to clients in our Adult Partial Hospitalization Program. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults with co-occurring needs and training/experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) modality.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Conduct case management and coordinate services with other healthcare providers
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work or counseling from an accredited institution
  • Licensed eligible (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LADC, LMFT) or obtaining licensure
  • Previous experience working with adults with co-occurring needs
  • Training/experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) modality
