**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Sales**: Generate leads, engage with potential customers, and convert opportunities into sales. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns. Provide expert guidance on roofing solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with our family-oriented team, collaborating with colleagues, crews, and office staff to ensure seamless communication and support.
- **Sales Material Utilization**: Leverage our top-notch sales materials to effectively convey the quality and value of our roofing solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- **Achieving Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive efforts and effective sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- A proven track record of outside sales experience is preferred.
- Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
- Detail-oriented and has good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
