We are a premier dermatology, cosmetic and vein practice offering medical, surgical and cosmetic services. Our office is located in a very accessible location in North Venice, FL, off of I-75 and near Sarasota, which is one of the most beautiful and most desired places in the country with incredible entertainment, dining, art, and schools.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Answering new and existing patient calls to schedule them for appointments and answer any of their questions.
- Must be able to manage multiple phone lines.
- Receptionist roles and tasks (if not full-time in the call center department).
- Insurance verification.
- Obtaining insurance prior-authorization for various medical procedures.

**Qualifications**:

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience as a medical call center specialist or Medical Receptionist is REQUIRED.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service is preferred.
- Experience with scheduling, insurance eligibility, prior-auth, and referrals are highly preferred.

**Education and License**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
