Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the primary contact for any customer inquiries. The satisfaction of our customers is directly connected to the experience they have with our Customer Service Team. *Primary Accountabilities - Timely Responses to Customer Inquiries
- Order entry - entering customer orders into the planning system and providing order acknowledgments - Quotations - working with Sales and Engineering to provide timely quotations - Order status inquiries - responding to order management questions from our customers - Lead management of new sales inquiries - Supporting our sales channel in obtaining new customers - Updating company/contact/opportunity information in CRM system *Performance Measurement* - Quotation turnaround time - Inquiry response time - Order entry accuracy and timing - Customer satisfaction rating *Qualifications:* - Experience in a customer facing role ideally in a B2B environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English) - Well-organized, analytical and results oriented. - Assertive and initiative-taking; able to be effective with mínimal supervision. - Experience and competence with MS Office products and CRM systems - Understanding of what it takes to champion your customer inside of an organization Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits:
