Dispatcher Qualifications:

  • Must have knowledge of all 5 boroughs, Long Island, New jersey
  • Valid driver's license
  • 5+ years of dispatching experience
  • Sense of urgency with good follow up skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Customer service skills

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain contact with drivers throughout their shifts and address any routing issues they might have
  • Follow detailed processes, checklists, and other company policies
  • Supervising and instructing
  • Act proactively ensuring On Time Performance of Deliveries
  • Ensure drivers are maintaining their routes.
  • Oversea loading, unloading of trucks for daily deliveries
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to deliveries

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 7AM to 4:45 PM

Pay:
From $24.00 per hour
