**Bookkeeper/Office Administrator**

**We have an immediate opening for a bookkeeper/office administrator. This is an on-site position with some schedule flexibility. 20 to 25 hours per week.**

**ABOUT US** - We are a rapidly growing audiovisual projector screen manufacturer and distributor. We’re a small, friendly company with growth opportunities.

**WHAT YOU DO**
- Full charge accounting for the main company and two small subsidiaries.
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Payroll
- Billing
- Maintaining tax compliance through payroll management
- Reconciling accounts
- Monitoring and managing cash flow
- Maintain sales tax compliance
- Prepare budgets
- Prepare financial statements
- Basic HR
- Benefits administration
- General office management
- Occasional special projects for company owner

**ABOUT YOU**
- 5 to 10 years experience with full charge bookkeeping
- Minimum of 5 years experience with Quick Books (all modules)
- Minimum of 5 years experience with basic office administration including HR duties and benefits
- Good MS Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great attention to detail

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
