**Summary**:
Inspect Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) in various stages of production and decipher between acceptable and nonconforming material based on customer and national specifications.

**Responsibilities**:
Use of Visual Optical Inspection Aids such as a Microscope and Ring light.

Ability to comprehend customer prints, Bill of Materials, specifications, and work instructions.

Verify all components for placement, polarity, lead prep, part marking, damage etc.

Inspection of all solder terminations in regards to alloy, wetting, and volume.

Measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, gauges, multimeters, or micrometers.

Record all inspection results and define any nonconforming issues.

Notify supervisors of nonconforming issues, and assist in identifying and correcting issues.

Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions for continuous improvement opportunities.

Comply with all ESD procedures

Performs various other tasks as assigned by the Quality Manager.

Must be willing and able to work overtime as required.

**Work Environment**:
The work environment is typical of a manufacturing setting where hazardous materials may be present. Security investigations may be conducted to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and/or work areas.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 50 per week
