Key Responsibilities- Inspect and Monitor Construction Projects: Conduct daily inspections of construction projects to ensure that they meet the required quality and safety standards.
- Verify Compliance with Building Codes and Regulations: Ensure that construction projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- Prepare Inspection Reports and Documentation: Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation of observations and testing results.
- Communicate with Project Teams: Communicate findings and results to project managers and other team members, and collaborate on solutions to potential issues.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in Civil Engineering Technology or Construction Engineering Technology preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years' experience as an Engineering Technician or other applicable experience; 1 year experience in construction inspection preferred.
- Certifications: NICET Level II certification in Construction Materials Testing (Asphalt, Concrete, Soils) or other relevant certifications.
