Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette and with a basic understanding of our specialty area of treatment.
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and fill schedules appropriately
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, inventory management and special projects as requested.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of Google Suite or similar software
- Experience with electronic medical records
- Experience with managing providers schedules
- Familiarity with physical therapy administrative tasks is a plus
- Familiarity with Medicare and insurances is a plus
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
Pay: $21.00 - $22.01 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
