Job Overview:
As an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) professional, you will be responsible for:
Demonstrated expertise in Employee Assistance Programs - Ability to prepare management, business, technical, and personnel reports, reviews and documents for internal and external use - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Superior organizational skills and work ethic - Demonstrated ability to lead teams in the field of expertise required by this contract - Experience guiding projects that contain multiple parallel work streams - A background of leading technical projects delivering on business priorities including stakeholder management. - Minimum Experience: 5 years of past experience managing EAPs successfully manage a conference of this size - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in knowledge fields pertaining to the areas required for this position.

Some duties may include:

- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for employees dealing with a variety of concerns.
- Provide crisis intervention and management services to employees in need.
- Offer psychotherapy and mental health counseling to address emotional and psychological issues.
- Assist employees in managing chronic pain through counseling and support strategies.
- Conduct gender issues counseling to address specific challenges faced by individuals.
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to help employees modify behaviors and improve coping mechanisms.
- Engage in patient care activities to ensure the well-being of employees seeking assistance.
- Collaborate with social workers, researchers, and other professionals to enhance support services.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in mental health counseling techniques and crisis management strategies.
- Strong background in individual and group counseling methodologies.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles for behavior modification.
- Experience in providing gender issues counseling and chronic pain management support.
- Ability to conduct psychotherapy sessions tailored to individual needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45.09 - $55.20 per hour

Schedule:
