This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Manage performance evaluation processes and provide feedback to employees
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management
- In-depth knowledge of FMLA regulations and other employment laws
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Ceridian) for data management and reporting purposes
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and HR sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to present information effectively to individuals at all levels of the organization
- Process invoices through Doclink
- Experience in Spend downs & budgets within departments
