Position Title: Inventory Control FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Summary:
Ensures that all inventory issues are rectified with in a timely manner and all applicable systems are updated to reflect changes.

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Update and review all inspections and corrected inventories
- Research for customer claims
- Research bad lots and locations
- Know how to manual RELO if necessary
- Research and fix all missing quantity tickets
- Supply all lot information on cut orders i.e. tallies previous pulled orders
- Inspect products for proper and intact packaging
- Inspect product to be fully frozen
- Audit zero lot report from Physical Inventory PHIR
- Assist in physical inventory for customers
- Observe freezer conditions and report to Operation Manager or General Manger of any problems or improvements needed
- Inventory Control is responsible for maintaining compliance with GWP’s and all other food safety requirements.
- Understand and follow all food safety procedures and policy.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading, legible writing and arithmetic skills required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dedicated to customer satisfaction through delivering results.
- Time management and self-awareness skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Extremely high organization skills & ability to multi-task/prioritize.
- Willingness to carry out procedures Exactly as directed
- Follow practices and procedures through a robust Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point System (HACCP)

In Case of Absence: The Shift Lead or Operations Manager.
