**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify potential customers within the store, setting appointments for further engagement and sales opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales outcomes in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales tactics and approaches for a retail setting.
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to continually enhance your sales competencies and industry understanding.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

**Schedule**: 8 hour shifts (Monday - Saturday), Flexible scheduling
