**Solar Topps** is seeking a Full Time **Commercial Solar Sales Representative**.

**About The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities (Utilizing Our Proprietary Software)**:

- Assess the commercial viability of solar projects.
- Collaborate with Commercial Solar Sales Team to review new designs and ensure they meet customer needs.
- Generate new leads and proactively outreach to potential commercial customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, addressing inquiries, providing technical expertise, and guiding them through the sales and installation process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in designing and estimating commercial or residential solar systems, with a strong understanding of utility structuring and engineering principles.
- Familiarity with financial analysis and ROI calculations for commercial solar projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and mentor sales representatives.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical data.
- Certification in solar energy or related fields (NABCEP certification) is a plus.
